Ralph A. Smith, LUTCF, LUTCF

Financial Consultant, Partner

Ralph has been in the Financial Services Field for over 40 years as both a Financial Consultant and a supervisor. He attended Dutchess Community College and Monmouth College with a major in business administration and management. Ralph has sat on the board of the Dutchess County Association of Life Underwriters as well as the Vestry of his church. Ralph is active in our community as a member and past President of the Highland Rotary Club, is a past member of Relay for Life American Cancer Association and is currently helping with the Highland Youth Recreation League. He holds Life, Health, and Property and Casualty insurance licenses.

Lawrence R. Ratick, LUTCF

Financial Consultant, Partner

Larry has been in the Financial Services Field for over 40 years as both a Financial Consultant and a Supervisor. He attended Orange County Community College and SUNY @ Buffalo and earned BA and master’s degrees in education. He is a former teacher and has taught classes for the Life Underwriter Training Council. Larry has sat on the board and is past president of the Dutchess County Association of Life Underwriters and is the past president and finance/insurance chair of the Southern Ulster County Chamber of Commerce. His community involvement includes managing a travel team for the Highland United Soccer Club in the past and is now helping with the Highland Music Boosters Association. He holds Life, Health, and Property and Casualty insurance licenses.

Caitlin Velazquez

CSR, Notary Public

Caitlin is an experienced determined professional with outstanding customer service with a public relations background. She is fluent in English and Spanish and studied business communication and management at U MASS, Boston. She uses her education and communication background to help our clients manage their insurance hurdles. Her interests include creating partnerships with our clients and the local community and is passionate about discovering new outdoor adventures and tasting vast varieties of cuisines. She is a Certified Notary Public and is studying for her Property and Casualty License Exam.

Sabrina Salagean

CSR, Notary Public

Before coming to Accent, Sabrina was a support Analyst for a major cable company and was a Legal Administrative Assistant for a large law firm in New York City. She went to Mercy College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a specialization in Paralegal Studies. With her extensive background she is a great asset to our office and clientele. Her interests include playing with her dogs and volunteering in local shelters. She is also a Certified Notary Public.
