Ralph has been in the Financial Services Field for over 36 years as both a Financial Consultant and a supervisor. He attended Dutchess Community College and Monmouth College with a major in business administration and management. Ralph has sat on the board of the Dutchess County Association of Life Underwriters as well as the Vestry of his church. He is a member and past President of the Highland Rotary Club. Ralph is also an active member of Relay for Life/American Cancer Association. He holds Life, Health, and Property and Casualty insurance licenses and is also a Series 6 and 22 licensed Financial Consultant.

Lawrence R. Ratick, LUTCF

Financial Adviser  Partner

Larry has been in the Financial Services Field for over 35 years as both a Financial Consultant and a Supervisor. He attended Orange County Community College and SUNY @ Buffalo and earned BA and Masters degrees in Education and is a former teacher. Larry has sat on the board and is past president of the Dutchess County Association of Life Underwriters and has taught classes for the Life Underwriter Training Council. He is also past president and finance/insurance chair and is currently on the board of the Southern Ulster County Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of the Highland United Soccer Club and manages a Travel Soccer team. He holds Life, Health, and Property and Casualty insurance licenses and is also a Series 6 and 22 licensed Financial Consultant.

Jacquelyn Roebuck

Customer Service Representative

Jackie joined our customer service staff early on 2016. She is currently in the process of obtaining her BS in Psychology and is a N.Y.S. licensed emergency medical technician. She previously has cross trained in customer service for over 10 years. She is excited to get her property and casualty license and work with our team.

Monique comes to us after being a payroll & benefits administrator / human resource assistant. She also has extensive experience in customer service. She is enjoying her career in insurance services and is looking forward to getting her Property and Casualty Insurance license.
